Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using Lumino. By purchasing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase Lumino, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your Mac computers. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute Lumino.
Purchases of Lumino are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, UK), who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller on record for payment purposes: they collect your payment, issue your receipt, and handle all sales tax and VAT obligations worldwide.
The software license itself is granted directly by Sascha Wilms (see Section 1). For refund requests or product-related issues, contact us at support@lumino.tools — we handle these directly and process approved refunds through Paddle on your behalf. For payment technical issues (failed charges, duplicate payments, invoice copies), you may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.com/help. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
As Lumino is a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, Paddle may issue refunds at their discretion in accordance with their refund policy. If you have a problem with the app, please contact us at support@lumino.tools before requesting a refund — we are happy to help resolve any issues.
For EU/EEA consumers — Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by completing your purchase and initiating the download of Lumino, you expressly
consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period
has expired, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance
with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and §356(5) BGB.
If you have not yet downloaded or activated the software, you may contact us at support@lumino.tools within 14 days of purchase to request a withdrawal. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
Your purchase includes all future updates to Lumino at no additional charge. Updates are delivered automatically through the app.
Lumino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of Lumino is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sascha Wilms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Lumino.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumino after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
